Getting close to Christmas now, but we’re still pretty busy here. We took Morgane to the Biodome last weekend to see all the animals. ‘Oh, wow!’ she said many times over – for the tropical rainforest, for the giant fish swimming in the tanks, etc. She also loved running down all the pathways – and fast!<\/p>\n
The other day, she pulled an apple out of the grocery bag and said, “apple.” We are always amazed. Her cutest trick is that whenever we say, “How big is Morgane?”, she stretches her arms up over her head. Sometimes she can find her nose when we ask her and she is starting to actually do things that we ask her to do.<\/p>\n
Tonight she went to bed at 6pm and is still sleeping, so we are hoping she’ll sleep through the night. It’s always a hard call. She was hard on the babysitter last night. Maude dressed her in her baggy pajamas, and she managed to take her bottoms off and then her diaper and mess up the whole bed.<\/p>\n
She likes watching Maisy videos and Blues Clues which we kind of like, too. (though I don’t know how long that will last)<\/p>\n
She has reached a new stage: the age of imagination. She has started feeding cheerios to her baby doll and trying to give her the pacifier. She certainly understands word “no” and knows how to use it, but she uses “wow” just as much. She still loves to read books and likes pointing at all the pictures of her favourite animals.<\/p>\n
She loves her dogs and likes feeding Carmanah absolutely everything and tormenting Woo with his squeaky toys.<\/p>\n
We are happy to have such a wonderful little girl.<\/p>\n
