I was born in Montreal, grew up in Vancouver and later moved back to Montreal. I love to write and take photographs. I&#8217;m currently working on my Master&#8217;s in Creative Writing at the University of British Columbia (over the internet, thank goodness). I&#8217;m taking a break from teaching English at a French College in Montreal so that we can travel for a year around North America.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll be travelling in our little red Kia Spectra with me (age 38), Ghislain (44), Morgane (7) and our dog Carmanah (13). On our trip we want to explore different communities, do woofing, and explore. Woofing is a great organization that you can join on-line and then access postings so you can arrange to work on an organic farm in exchange for food and accomodation (and, I hope, a fun time).
