The blue heron who seems to want to pose for me. When Ghis comes out of the apartment and surprises him, he makes a very grumpy squawking noise.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

There’s a nice breeze this morning and we’re hoping it won’t get as hot as yesterday. I had a great shift in the restaurant last night and nice chats with the people I met (from Rimouski, Brooklyn, etc.) People really come from all over to visit PEI. And I can see why.<\/p>\n

Morgane survived her sleepover and is off at camp for her second day.<\/p>\n

We have new neighbours in the apartments. I was serving customers on the restaurant’s patio last night when I started hearing yelling and hollering and very loud music from the apartments. I was worried.<\/p>\n

Luckily, Morgane wasn’t there last night. When we got there are introduced ourselves (we’re your neighbours), they said they were from Newfoundland. They were singing and playing guitar and drinking up a storm. Even the grandparents were telling everyone that there wasn’t enough booze. One lady has a very loud voice that carries. We told them when we were going to bed and it was mostly quiet after that, but then I heard the same voice at 6:30am this morning. They are only staying two more nights. Please send me more patience!<\/p>\n
