Unfortunately Ghis’s back has really been hurting so her spent the day seeing a doctor and a chiropractor. We hope he’ll be feeling better soon.<\/p>\n

Morgane and I took the metro to the zoo in Washington, DC. The ride was pleasant and I liked the area where the zoo is – nice little shops and lots of beautiful old apartments.<\/p>\n

We walked a lot at the zoo, but were rewarded with lots of interesting animals to see. The orang-utans at this zoo can even climb along wires to go from one exhibit to another. We saw a mother gorilla with her little baby (born this January). She didn’t look too happy to see us though. She looked like many mothers of babies do – sleep-deprived!<\/p>\n

Ghis has to see the chiropractor tomorrow. I haven’t decided if we’ll go into the city again or hang out here for a day and relax.<\/p>\n

We are signed up for Boo at the Zoo. This Friday Morgane, Mariamalia and I will dress up and go around the zoo collecting candy as part of this special Halloween event.<\/p>\n

Oh, the other thing we want to do soon is go see the movie: Where the Wild Things Are. Very exciting!<\/p>\n
