Is it really over?

I’ve been going through a mourning process now that our trip is over. I just can’t believe that it’s true! Is that denial? Maybe we’ll make a lot of money and then we can go to Europe. I’m dreaming of Costa Rica and Ireland and France and all the beaches that we visited…

I don’t feel any urge to settle down!

  1. I couldn’t agree more . . . wanderlust . . . it’s discovery, it’s grand, it’s pervasive!

  2. We went through a great sense of melancholy when we got back from both Japan and Mexico. We still yearn for those familiar unfamiliar places just waiting to be discovered. The call of the open road is an echo not easily ignored. You’ll have plenty of time to settle down when your bones and spirit no longer carry you. For now make everyday an adventure!
