Today we took the bus in again and went to the Marine Museum of the Atlantic. We saw a 3D movie that showed the wreck of the Titanic on the ocean floor. Afterwards, Morgane took pictures of all the relics that were recovered by Halifax ships that went to rescue the Titanic.
It all seemed a bit twisted to me. Usually I like old treasures and abandoned houses, but the fact that these items belonged to people who died in shipwrecks made it morbid.

We didn’t stay too long at the museum, just toured the city a bit more and came back to our campsite. Tomorrow morning we are leaving. We are going to visit our friends an hour away in Bridgeport. Morgane will see her friend and even go to the YMCA with her tomorrow night.

I am hoping we’ll stay around in Nova Scotia until the 11th which is the annual pumpkin regatta in Windsor. Competitors hollow out giant pumpkins (600 pounds) and decorate them and finally paddle them across the lake in a race. Apparently the same man won every year until last year. The last year he won he was 73.
